Connectivity Report
BackReport Description
This report produces connectivity information on a player(s) within certain date and time parameters.

Step-by-step guide on how to pull a Connectivity Report
1. Click on the Reports tab at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the Player Reports icon. The Player Reporting module will open.
3. Select the Connectivity Report from the drop-down.
4. Type the name you would like to give your exported report in the Report Name field. Leave the Report Type as Linear.
5. Select the Start and End date parameters. Leave the Start Time & End Time as is.
6. You have the option of pulling this report on a single or multiple players. Click on the Players tab to select a player(s) from the Player Dashboard.
Do not type the MAC Address(es) in the MAC Address field.
7. There are two ways to search the Player Dashboard. You can filter by bouquet or screen by selecting from the drop-down or enter a search to find the player(s) you want to report on.
8. Once you have narrowed down your search, tick the box(es) of the player(s) you want to report on, followed by the Apply Selection button. This will populate the MAC Address field under Report Filters.
9. Click on the Generate Report button. A window will appear.
10. Select the fields that you want to add to your report by ticking the boxes. Export the report as a CSV or have it mailed directly to you. Click on the option you prefer.
The report will appear under Queued Queries.
11. The report will then disappear from the Queued Queries once it has run. Refresh the CSV Results by clicking on the Actions button, followed by Refresh.
12. The report you have pulled will appear in the panel. Click on the yellow folder to download the CSV to your machine.
If you have selected the Email Me option, the system will still create a CSV, because this is the file that is mailed to the user.
Handy Tip
You can export a connectivity graph on a specific player, which can either be a month-by-month or daily comparison.
Step-by-step guide on how to export a Connectivity Graph
1. Click on the Players tab.
2. Highlight the player, that you want to use for your connectivity graph, by clicking on it. Click on the Check Connectivity button. A window will open.
3. Select the start date, end date and interval. Click on the Search button.
4. The graph for the selected parameters will appear.
5. Click on the tick to export the graph as a png. A message box will pop up confirming the action. Click on OK.
