The media items that wil be required to create a XFeature Film library object are as follows:
Xview Overview
Thumbnail Image ( Picon )
This is a portrait image that is used as the piture icon for the media item. The width must be 186px and the height must be 280px
Poster Image ( Feature Image )
This is the landscape image that is used on the detail page of the series media item. The width mus be 720px abd the height must 320px.
Directors Thumbnail Image
This is the image that is displayed on the Director’s link, each media item can have people associated with them.
Actors Thumbnail Images
This is the image that is displayed on the Director’s link, each media item can have people associated with them.
The information required by the Library Object is as follows:
1.) Title – This is the title of the media item,
Example:
Independance Day – Resurgence
2.) Genre – This is the Genre or Category Tab that the media item will be placed, a drop down menu will be available to select from.
Example:
Sci Fi
3.) Synopsis – This is a text description of the media item.
Example:

3.) Directors Bio ( Optional )
Example:
Roland Emmerich is a German film director of blockbuster films like The Day After Tomorrow (2004), Godzilla (1998), Independence Day (1996) and The Patriot (2000). Before fame, he originally wanted to be a production designer, but decided to be a director, after watching the original Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope (1977). While enrolled in the director’s program at film school in Munich, his student film Das Arche Noah Prinzip (1984) went on to open the 1984 Berlin Film Festival. 3.) Actors Bio ( Optional )
Example:
Liam Hemsworth was born on January 13, 1990, in Melbourne, Australia, and is the younger brother of actors Chris Hemsworth and Luke Hemsworth. 4.) Menu – This is the Menu Item that the content type will be placed under. A drop down selection will be supplied.

5.) Tags – These are content tags that will be used to relate various media items to eachother. Each tag must be seperated by a comma (,).
Example:
movies, action, aliens
Create a New Library Object XFeature Film
From the Administration panel select New Library Object
Fill in the required fields
Fill in all the required fields.
Use the pencil icon to add items to the drop down lists.
Click on Save once you have finished.
Log the Thumbnail for the media item
From the home folder. Select the thumbnail file and log it as a picon
Fill in all the details
Log the thumbnail as Graphic Master
Set the Picon for the XFeature Film object
From the Clipboard, right click on the XFeature Film object, select Entry, and Edit Picon
Set the image from the popup window
Find the image from the popup window and double click on it to apply the picon.
The image should update in the clipboard.
Log the Video file as Video Master
From the Home folder, select the video file and log it as Default Video
Fill in all the required fields
Set the Tag as Video Master
Attach the Default Video to the XFeature Film
Open the XFeature Film and attach the Default Video to the Meta Relationships node.
Select Attach from the popup window
Log the landscape image as XFeature Graphic
From the home folder select the landscape image and log it as XFeature Graphic
Fill in all the required fields
Set the Tag as Graphic Master
Attach the XFeature Graphic to the XFeature Film node in the Entry Relationships panel
Open the XFeature Film node and navigate to the Entry Relationships.
Dray the XFeature Graphic from the Clipboard onto the XFeature Film node.
Select Attach from the popup window
Log the Directors content
From the Home folder, select the Directors image and log it as the People object.
Fill in all the required fields
Fill in all the required fields, use the pencil to add items to the drop down lists.
Set the Tag as Graphic Master
Log the Actors content
From the Home folder select the Actors image and log it as People
Fill in all the required fields
Attach the Director and Actors to the Default Video on the Entry Relationships
Open the Default Video and attach the People to the Entry Relationships
The Entry Relationships should look like this now
Edit the permissions on the XFeature Film
From the Clipboard, right click on the XFeature Film, select Entry then Edit
Add the Permissions to the XFeature Film object
Add 2 ReadOnly permissions, xview_default and xview_promo
Set the Video Background for the media item
Right click on the Default Video, select Entry, then Edit Video BG
Choose a relevant image from the popup window
Create a XFeature Container for the Adverts
Click on the Administration tab, under Data Tools, select New Library Object
Fill in the required fields
Give the container a title
Log the video file for the adverts as XFeature Advert
From the home folder select the file and log it as XFeature Advert
Fill in the required fields
Select the type of advert you would like, set the interupt time and click Save
Attach the XFeature Adverts to the XFeature Container
Open the XFeature Container, navigate to the Meta Relationships and draw the XFeature Adverts onto the container node.
Select Attach from the popup window
Attach the XFetaure Container to the XFeature Film node
Open the XFeature Film from the Clipboard and drag the XFeature Container onto the top node in the Entry Relationships
