Player Details and the Snapshot Function
This guide explains how to view player details and take screenshots of your player’s screen in real-time. It provides step-by-step instructions on accessing and navigating the necessary buttons and options

2. Select your Bouquet.
3. Select your Screen.
4. Click on the 'View' button.
5. If your player is online and within a network structure, you can click on the camera button to take a screenshot and see what's happening on your players screen in real time.
6. This is where the image of what is happening on your screen will appear.
7. After taking a screenshot of your player, you can download the image, or share the link to the image if you'd like.
8. The information on the page is highlighted here. There is the name of the player at the very top, followed by the name of the content list within the player. The Last heartbeat of the player and mac address are also in the centre of this page for easy access.
9. If you want more information, you can click on the button at the bottom of the page that says 'More Details'.
10. The 'More Details' button will lead you to a page with more information on the player, config, hardware, software and network information.
11. You can navigate back using this button.
