Checking media content format
- Make sure the video uploaded is mp4
- The video uploded mime – video / mp4
- Tag type should be Video Master
Checking the transcoding of the media file
Before you can schedule media item into a playlist, you need to make sure that it has finished transcoding otherwise it will not broadcast properly or it won’t play at all.
Make sure that you see all the three items listed (MP4,LAN & ITV)
