
Select “System Processes” under the Administration tab

Click on “New Processes Definition”

Enter meta data for the available fields and click “Save Process”

When you have clicked save a new tab called Setup will be available in the pop up.
Click on the “Setup” tab.

Drag and drop the “get_url” process in the right area, onto the process definitions name in the left panel.

Enter the data into the fields:
- meta data id: the meta_id of the rss feed object
- user id: your user id, if you not sure of your user id. you can check in the System Users option in the administration tab.
- validate type: what type of file is it, the options are in the drop down.
- extension: the files extension type (usualy rss / xml)
