Select "Processes Schedule"

Click on "New Scheduled Process"

A pop up appears, fill in the fields:

  1. Active / Suspended (If the box is ticked the process is active, If the box is un ticked the process is suspended)
  2. Drop down showing the Process name. You can select a process by clicking on the item in the drop down.
  3. Description (give a brief description of the process)
  4. Minute
  5. Hour
  6. Day of month (1-31)
  7. Month (1-12)
  8. Day of week (1-7)

Once you have entered the data, click save.
