How to generate a ticket at the kiosk

 

 

 

 

1. The customer will click on the Join the Queue button. The Let’s get started screen will appear.

 

 

 

 

2a. If the customer has a cell phone and wants to receive the ticket via SMS, he/she must enter his/her number & click on the Join the Queue button.

 

 

 

 

2b. Alternatively, he/she can simply click on the Join the Queue button.

 

 

 

 

3. The customer must then select the required service by clicking on the relevant icon.

 

 

 

4. If the customer entered a cell phone number, the next screen will ask the customer whether he/she would prefer receiving the ticket via SMS or prefer it being printed.

If a cell phone number was not entered, the ticket will be printed automatically.
