Step-by-step guide on how to set up an auto publish as a new scheduled process
1. Click on the Administration tab in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on the Processes Schedule icon.
3. Click on the +New Scheduled Process button. The New Scheduled Process window will open.
4. Select the relevant publish process from the drop-down & enter a description. Complete the cron time string values according to when you want the process to run.
Acceptable cron time string values
Minute
0 to 59
Hour
0 to 23
* represents all values
Day of the Month
1 to 31
* represents all values
Month
1 to 12
* represents all values
Day of the Week
0 to 7 (0 and 7 both represent Sunday)
* represents all values
5. Click on the Save button in the bottom right corner of the window.
6. The scheduled process will update in the middle panel.
