Log a Support Ticket
How to log a Support Ticket
- As the person logging the ticket, your name or email address will populate the Requester field automatically
- Enter the ticket subject
- Select the relevant Software Component from the drop-down
- Select the relevant Operating System from the drop-down
- Enter a description explaining your query. Please give as much detail as possible
- You can also attach a file, by clicking on *Attach a file, in support of your description
- Click on the bot to confirm that you are not a robot
- Click on the Submit button to send your ticket. Clicking on the Cancel button cancels the ticket
- The ticket will be sent to our support team immediately
- The system will generate an email notification of the ticket created
- You can now log out
