Log a Support Ticket

How to log a Support Ticket

  • As the person logging the ticket, your name or email address will populate the Requester field automatically
  • Enter the ticket subject
  • Select the relevant Software Component from the drop-down
  • Select the relevant Operating System from the drop-down
  • Enter a description explaining your query. Please give as much detail as possible
  • You can also attach a file, by clicking on *Attach a file, in support of your description
  • Click on the bot to confirm that you are not a robot
  • Click on the Submit button to send your ticket. Clicking on the Cancel button cancels the ticket
  • The ticket will be sent to our support team immediately
  • The system will generate an email notification of the ticket created
  • You can now log out
