- Your name or email address will show here as the person logging the ticket
- Type in the subject matter for the ticket
- You can click on the dropdown menu and choose the relevant choice
- You can click on the dropdown menu and choose the relevant choice
- Type in more information to explain the problem
- You can also attach file to backup your query
- Submit to sent the ticket
- Cancel if you don’t want to send.
The ticket will be sent to the developers immediately and you will get an email notification.
Logout when you are done.
