Preferred (Pf.) Viewing Types
Clicking on the Pf. Viewing Types icon takes you to the Preferred Viewing Type window for your user. Here you can add Content Types as your Preferred Types.
Step-by-step guide on how to select a preferred viewing type(s) for your user
1. Click on the Home tab in the top left corner.
2. Click on the Pf. Viewing Types button, a window will open.
3. Tick your preferred viewing type in the list of Content Types on the left by clicking on the relevant box. Move it to the preferred types on the right by clicking on the greater than sign.
4. Your selection will appear under preferred types. Click on Done to save.
