Overview – The “jump to” function would normally be used to instructed the media player to play defined media content or content container after a triggered or live broadcast scheduled in your play list. In this example we will add a triggered event and then add a marker to a piece of content we would like to play after the triggered event finishes.

Adding a item outside a loop

This is a basic play list with three pieces of content that 1.Loop.

To add a item below the loop, drag and drop it form the clipboard, below the loop item.

Once you have your content below the loop the player won’t play it because the list loops before the content.
So what we are going to do is add a Trigger time to the content so that it will be played at the time specified.

  1. Right click on the item.
  2. Go hover your mouse over the Time option in the list
  3. Then select the Content Trigger Times in the second list.

Here is the Time Triggers window. Click on the New button to add a trigger.
You need to double click in the field to make it editable.

  1. For the Start and End Times put in the hour : minutes : seconds. This is the time window in which the content will play.
  2. The Behavior field (Strict, Slot in) Strict: the item will start at the specified time. Slot In: the item will slot into the play list, letting the current playing item finnish.
  3. Recur Count is the amount of times you want the item to play within the window set in the Start and End Times.
  4. Recur Frequency is the time between the plays of item.

Once you are happy with the trigger times click “Done”.

Now that we have a item that triggers outside our loop lets set a maker in the loop that we can jump back to after our triggered item has finished playing.

To add the marker to a item, right click on the item in the loop. Go down to List_actions and hover over it.
Another menu will pop up, click on the Marker option. This will mark the item.

Now that we have a marked item we can add a jump to to our triggered item.

To add the “jump to” to a item, right click on the item in the loop. Go down to List_actions and hover over it.
Another menu will pop up, click on the “jump to” option.

Click on the arrow button next to the Target field, then select the Marker to jump to after play.
Once you have selected the Marker, click on the Save button.

The “Animal” item once finished playing will play the Sanex Sarette video, then continue in the original loop.
